- Seminyak & Legian — Beach, rooftop bars, sunset clubs, boutique hotels. Best for couples and young travellers.
- Nusa Dua — Luxury resort strip. Five-star hotels, calm beach. Ideal for families and luxury seekers.
- Ubud — Cultural heart. Temples, rice terraces, yoga retreats, monkey forest. Loved by honeymooners.
- Kuta — Budget-friendly, surf lessons, beach parties. First-time travellers and young groups.
- Canggu — Hip digital nomad zone. Coffee shops, surf, Instagram-friendly. Young couples.
- Uluwatu — Clifftop temples, world-class surf, dramatic views. Adventurous couples.
- Lembongan Island — Day trip or 1–2N extension. Snorkelling, manta rays, no traffic.
Always reassure early: "Is there a language barrier?" — No. Bali is extremely tourist-friendly, staff speak basic English/Hindi, signage is clear. This one reassurance removes the most common hesitation.
Entire island shuts down — no flights, no road movement for 24 hours. Always check the exact Nyepi date for March bookings and advise customers accordingly.
These videos will give you a real feel for the destination — essential for painting a vivid picture when speaking to customers.
Nusa Dua fills fast for Diwali, Christmas & April school holidays. Check availability 3–4 months ahead. TripFactory holds allotments at St. Regis and Mulia — use these first before open market.
"Actually Bali is one of the most versatile destinations in the world. We've done family groups, office trips, anniversary celebrations, and pilgrimages to Hindu temples. Let me show you what a family itinerary looks like — Ubud cultural day, Nusa Dua beach resort, Lembongan island — it's completely different from a honeymoon package."
"Maldives is beautiful but you're paying a premium for beach and water villa. For the same budget in Bali you get beach, culture, temples, wellness, waterfalls, and incredible food. Many customers do Maldives for their 10th anniversary and Bali for the honeymoon — shall I compare both side by side?"
"Absolutely. Bali has dedicated Indian restaurants throughout Seminyak and Nusa Dua. Most major hotels also offer Indian veg menus on request — I flag this at the time of booking, so you don't need to worry at all."
- Bangkok — Grand Palace, Chatuchak market, Chinatown, rooftop bars. 2–3 nights as base.
- Phuket — Beach destination. Patong for nightlife, Kata/Karon for families, Kamala for luxury. Nov–April only.
- Chiang Mai — Temples, elephant sanctuaries, night bazaars. Cultural alternative for repeat visitors.
- Krabi / Ao Nang — Limestone cliffs, quiet beaches, rock climbing, island-hopping. Add-on to Phuket.
- Koh Samui — Upmarket island. Good for luxury couples and families seeking quieter beach.
- Koh Phi Phi — Stunning but smaller. Day trip or 1–2N. Popular with young travellers.
Thailand is visa-free for Indians — no cost, no appointment. This is often the deciding factor vs Bali (VoA USD 35) or Sri Lanka. Always lead with this point in your pitch.
"Thailand is one of the best-organised tourist destinations globally. Phuket and Chiang Mai have hundreds of thousands of family visitors every year. I'd suggest the Kata Beach or Kamala area of Phuket rather than Patong — much quieter, excellent for families."
"It's just a short ferry or flight from Phuket — and you'd be adding a completely different landscape. Limestone cliffs, hidden beaches — most people say it's the highlight of the whole trip."
- London — Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, Hyde Park, West End. Min 3–4 nights.
- Edinburgh, Scotland — Castle, Royal Mile, Highlands day trips. 2 nights minimum.
- The Cotswolds — Picture-postcard English countryside. Day trip from London or 1 night.
- Oxford & Cambridge — Iconic universities. Very popular with Indian families with children.
- Windsor — Windsor Castle, Eton. Easy half-day from London. Royal connection resonates.
- Bath — Roman Baths, Georgian architecture. Easy day trip from London.
- Yorkshire & Lake District — Walking, dramatic landscape. Popular on TF coach tours.
UK Standard Visitor Visa: apply at UKVI VAC, typically 3–8 weeks processing. Advise customers to apply at least 8 weeks before travel. Never collect a deposit without confirming visa application is underway. Never promise visa approval — only advise on process.
TripFactory operates its own branded UK Coach Tours departing London — exclusively for Indian travellers, with Indian guides and daily Indian vegetarian meals. No other Indian travel company runs this at scale. Use this in every UK pitch.

"A couple can do 7 nights London + Cotswolds for around ₹2.8–3.2 lakhs including flights, hotels, breakfast, and tours — similar to a Maldives trip. But unlike Maldives, you get history, culture, theatre, free world-class museums, and iconic shopping. The value is in the experience."
"I can't guarantee that — no agent can. But Indians with clean travel history, stable employment, and a confirmed itinerary have a strong approval rate. I'll guide you through exactly what documentation to prepare. Many customers book conditionally — hold the dates, apply, confirm once approved."
- Burj Khalifa At the Top — 124th floor observation deck. Book ahead. Upsell: SKY (148th floor) at ₹5,000 pp.
- Desert Safari — Dune bashing, camel riding, BBQ dinner under stars. One of Dubai's most popular activities.

Indians with a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa get UAE Visa on Arrival (free, 30 days). For others — UAE tourist e-Visa costs ~₹4,500–6,000, takes 3–5 working days. Always confirm visa status at enquiry stage. Many customers don't realise their existing visa gives UAE access.
Always offer on any 5N+ Dubai package. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the world's most photographed buildings and resonates deeply with Indian customers. Average uplift ₹8,000–15,000 per booking.
Almost every Indian group wants this but many forget to book. Offer proactively at the quotation stage. Premium private 4x4 with private dining under stars = strong luxury upsell at ₹15,000+.
Space messages exactly as shown. Never send all at once. Every message must provide value — not just "following up".
"Can you tell me what budget would feel comfortable? I can usually get very close by adjusting hotel category or shifting dates. Travelling midweek or shoulder season can save ₹15,000–20,000 on the same itinerary."
"Of course — absolutely the right thing to do. Is there anything specific they'll want to know that I can help you answer? I can prepare a one-page summary to show them. Shall I hold dates for 48 hours while you check?"
"Could you share what you found? Online prices often don't include airport transfers, breakfast, or flexibility to amend. Our packages include private transfers, daily breakfast, and full human support if anything changes on the trip — that's worth something."
"That's fine — I'll send the quote anyway. Most packages allow date changes up to 30 days before departure for a small admin fee. Let's agree the itinerary now and sort dates once you're clearer."
"First-time travellers are our speciality. All packages include private airport pickup — you're met the moment you land. Hotels are all verified with English-speaking staff. You'll have my WhatsApp the entire trip — any issue, message me directly."
